All potential coaches who are not staff members at FLA need to fill out (and pass) a background check in order to be considered for a coaching position. Please complete the background check form and either hand it to Coach Vincent personally, or email it to him. 

Non-staff members who are interested in any coaching position will also need to complete the FLA application for employment.
