Meet Coach Vincent...

My name is Patrick Vincent, and I am the Athletic Director (AD) at Falls Lake Academy. From 2006 - 2013 I worked as a healthful living and physical education teacher, and coach at East Wake Academy in Zebulon, NC. I have coached volleyball, basketball, and baseball both at the middle school and high school levels. As the AD at Falls Lake Academy, my goal is to  bring these experiences to Granville County in an effort to develop a strong and respectable athletics program here at FLA.

I have played baseball since I was old enough to swing a bat. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and am an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. I graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, MA in 2005 with a Bachelor of Psychology degree. During my college days I was a four year letter winner/starter/outfielder for Endicott Baseball. I am a member of the NC Coaches Association, and I hold a K-12 North Carolina Physical Education teaching certification from East Carolina University. In March 2012 I married my best friend - my wife, Kristy. Together, we have a house full of rowdy boys! My oldest son is 8, he is actually my step-son but I proudly claim him as my own; our middle son will turn two in September; and my youngest is still "in the oven", we are expecting our last child - another boy - in June 2015. 

I have a strong passion for physical fitness, athletics, and living a healthy lifestyle.  Teaching and coaching has allowed me to share these passions with the youth and parents. Thus, I trust that my expertise as an educator, coach, and leader will provide me with a solid foundation to be successful in the development of all FLA athletics. But, I can't do this alone; so, come soar with me and together we can take flight to build an outstanding athletics program at Falls Lake Academy!
